My name is Taylor and I am a chef, recipe tester and developer, photographer, and writer based in Eagle Rock, California.

I have worked in some of the best restaurants in the world, including Eleven Madison Park and Frasca Food and Wine.



My writing and recipes have been featured in Food52, Women’s Health, Good Housekeeping, Country Living, Woman’s Day, Cosmo and Prevention. 



I began my career in food media in 2017 as a freelance recipe tester at Food52. Shortly after I was hired as a food editor and test kitchen assistant at Hearst Magazines until the end of 2019 when I left NYC to resume freelancing and reconnect with my roots and family on the West coast.
